General Information about the Inn:

* A full gourmet breakfast is served, normally between 8:30 & 10 am, coffee and tea available at 7am.
* Check-in is by arrangement we just ask that you call or email us with a one to two hour window of when you would like to check-in, check-out is by 11am.
* The Samuel Durfee House is air conditioned.
* Off-street parking is provided, one car per room.
* For your convenience, in room amenities include hair dryers, iron and ironing board, CD player/radio, and robes. Beach towels are also available. All rooms except for the Ida Lewis room have televisions and some have small refrigerators. There is also a television and refrigerator in our sitting room for guest use.
* Complimentary WIFI is available, throughout the inn.
* Afternoon tea and coffee with a treat (typically cookies or brownies) are served daily. Snacks are also provided.
* In accordance with state fire law, there is no smoking allowed in the Samuel Durfee House and the use of candles is not permitted in guest bedrooms.
* Children 8 and over are welcome.
* We do not accept pets.
*All of our guest rooms can only accommodate two adults. The suite can accommodate two adults and one child.

Cancellation Policy: A refund less $25 processing fee per room cancelled will be issued if cancelled 14 days or more in advance of the date of arrival. If cancelled less than 14 days in advance and by 9 am on the date of arrival, a credit in the form of a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit less $50 processing fee per room cancelled will be issued, valid for one year. There is no credit or gift certificate issued if cancelled after 9 am on the date of arrival.
